You take the quiz. We send the first bag free. You eat the bag, your dog eats the bag, the four-week timer starts. Cycle two arrives. If you want to skip, swap, pause or cancel, it is two clicks in your account. No phone call, no five-step retention flow, no surprise charges.

UK mainland, £0 standard, posted within five days of bake. Recyclable mailer, no plastic insert. Tracked, but rarely needs it.

// Skipping or pausing

Two clicks. We email you four days before each cycle so you can adjust without losing your slot. If your dog is away with grandparents, slide the next bag along by a week or three. We are not going anywhere.
